Genesis Consulting Partners was recently awarded a multi-year Prime contract with the State of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). DHHS is Nebraska’s largest agency, comprising nearly one third of the state’s employees and budget in pursuit of their mission to help Nebraskans live better lives. The scope of the awarded prime contract includes helping Nebraska DHHS provide agile application development services to implement an enhanced consumer/citizen benefits portal (iServe Nebraska Portal), as well as modernizing legacy services. This cloud-based service will act to provide a user-friendly and streamlined experience for Nebraskans to interact with DHHS to receive assistance through Federal and State benefit programs.
Genesis partnered with U.Group, AgilityHealth, Lunavi, Creative Development Group, and Merge IT to create a ‘dream team’ enabling Genesis to be awarded a contract supporting all six of the DHHS requested service areas below:
1. User research and human-centered design
2. Agile application development services
3. Agile application warranty services
4. Platform development and architecture runway
5. DevOps, Continuous Integration and Continuous Development services
6. Legacy Modernization and modularization services
