Reston, Virginia – Genesis Consulting is proud to announce that it has been awarded a Master Services Agreement (MSA 2025-023) under the TXShare cooperative purchasing program, administered by the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG). This designation enables Genesis to provide artificial intelligence (AI) consulting services to local governments and non-profit entities across all 50 states.
As an awarded TXShare vendor, Genesis offers services in the following areas:
AI Strategy Development
Feasibility Study and Use Case Identification
AI Solution Design and Roadmap
Pilot Testing and Implementation Support
Training, Adoption, and Capacity Building
TXShare is administered by the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) and is open to cities, counties, school districts, special districts, higher education institutions, and nonprofits in all 50 states. With no cost to join, TXShare participants benefit from pre-competed, fully compliant contracts that meet strict Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and Texas Local Government Code requirements. Agencies can begin purchasing in as little as one business day by executing a simple Interlocal Agreement.

“Joining TXShare allows us to meet agencies right where they are—offering practical, scalable AI solutions through a trusted, streamlined procurement channel,” said Derek Johnson, Director of Sales & Alliances at Genesis Consulting. “This cooperative reflects our continued commitment to delivering forward-thinking strategies that help public sector organizations achieve real results.”
The purchasing culture has evolved. With fewer opportunities to respond to traditional bids and RFPs, public agencies are increasingly relying on cooperatives like TXShare to reduce administrative burdens and move quickly. TXShare’s competitively solicited contracts provide a fast, legal, and cost-effective pathway to essential services like artificial intelligence and emerging technology consulting.
Genesis brings a proven track record supporting government transformation efforts, including expertise in spend management, process automation, and data-driven decision-making. Through this contract, Genesis will work directly with member agencies to shape actionable AI strategies and accelerate outcomes with clarity, confidence, and compliance.
