J. D. Weiman

J.D. leads Contracts and Procurement for Genesis. His team is focused on achieving technical excellence and proposal compliance while maintaining a multitude of business relationships to further the Genesis mission and the missions of our customers. J.D. has been in the contracting space for more than 13 years and is experienced in the Federal, State, Local, and Private Sector markets.

Prior to working for Genesis, J.D. served as a Proposal Manager for Adams Communication and Engineering Technology (ACET) and worked in both the Federal Defense and Civilian markets. J.D. also brings an extensive background in market research and analytics tracking from his experience working to build and expand the GovWin database and service for Deltek.

J.D. possesses a master’s degree in Economics from George Mason University and is a Certified Foundations Level Member of the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (CF APMP). J.D. is also a certified SAFe Scaled Agilist and certified SAFe for Government practitioner.
