Summary:

 

The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) is a national purchasing cooperative managed by the Texas Region 8 Education Service Center under the Interlocal Cooperation Act. It streamlines procurement for school districts, higher education institutions, and government organizations by leveraging collective buying power, ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering cost-effective procurement solutions.

Genesis Consulting holds four contracts under the TIPS portfolio, enabling us to offer software, products, and services to over 13,000 member entities across all 50 states. Our TIPS contracts cover a broad range of scope areas, including Software & Software as a Service, Cloud-Based Technology Services, Technology Consulting Services, Enterprise Resource Planning and Enterprise Systems, Data and Systems Security Services, and Business Agility and Modernization, among others. As a TIPS-awarded vendor, we provide access to 100 unique hourly service labor categories, travel CLINs, and a reselling CLIN for SAP Concur Products and Software, ensuring unparalleled service and support.
