This is Genesis’ second time achieving the honor, and second consecutive year earning the designation. This 13th annual Best Places to Work in Virginia list takes into account each company's workplace policies, benefits, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics, as well as an exhaustive employee survey to measure the employee experience and overall satisfaction.
Companies from across the state engaged in the multi-faceted survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Virginia. The combined scores of the comprehensive company evaluation and employee survey determined the top companies and their final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the registration and survey process in Virginia and also analyzed the data and used their expertise to determine the final ranking.
According to the survey, 100% of Genesis employees feel confident in company leadership and comfortable in their work environment. Additionally, 98% of employees are satisfied with their current role and career path, and stated they have fun and feel recognized for their hard work and contributions to the company’s success.
