Nick Coticchia is COO and a Managing Partner of Genesis Consulting. He is an accomplished and dedicated leader with over 20 years of experience and consistent achievement as a top producer and performer. Known for developing programs and projects that result in exceptional levels of customer service and satisfaction, Nick is an excellent communicator with a consultative style, strong relationship managements skills, solid problem-solving abilities, and a keen client needs assessment aptitude. He has extensive experience in leading modernization and ERP transformation initiatives for complex financial, supply chain, logistics, sales and marketing, and manufacturing business operations.

 

His experience includes working with clients in multiple industries such as Federal Government, State and Local Government, K-12, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Retail, Utilities, Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Financial Services, and Higher Education. Prior to joining Genesis Consulting, Nick was a senior leader for over 10 years at IBM’s Business Consulting Services. He has demonstrated results building consulting practices and capturing complex deals for sustainable growth.

 

Nick is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL v3). He has a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Science from St. Bonaventure University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Management of Global Information Technology from the Kogod School of Business, American University.

 

Nick lives in Reston, Virginia and enjoys spending time with is wife Jen and their 3 children Lily, Joey and Claire. Nick is also an avid athlete and played collegiate level ice hockey. He still plays competitively and loves to run, bike, swim and coach soccer and spend time watching his children play soccer, field hockey and horse riding.
