Jason Fair is the CEO of Genesis Consulting.  He is one of the founding Partners and is focused on leading the company to help our clients achieve business agility through alignment of their strategic vision, mission and processes.  He is focused on coaching his clients to accelerate value delivery, increase the quality of work delivered, reduce time to market, and enable people to achieve desired outcomes. He is globally recognized as a thought leader in the Agile community innovating the delivery of ERP solutions using Lean, Agile, Kanban and Design Thinking.

 

Jason was a Managing Director and Partner for KPMG and BearingPoint leading a national practice before becoming one of the founding partners of Genesis.  He has over 25 years of industry experience specializing in implementing enterprise technologies and Agile Transformation initiatives. His passion for Business Agility is evident in his work successfully coaching and guiding large global enterprises and government organizations in building business transformation strategies and roadmaps to achieve desired business objectives and outcomes.

 

Jason has extensive knowledge and experience in leading modernization and re-engineering initiatives for complex financial, supply chain, logistics, sales and marketing, and manufacturing business operations.  His experience includes working with clients in industries such as:  Federal Government, State and Local Government, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Retail, Utilities, Aerospace and Defense, Automotive, Financial Services, and Education. Jason is a Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certified SAP Consultant (FI, CO, MM, SD), and a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

 

Jason is a regular speaker at SAP, ASUG, Agile Alliance, universities, and various industry conferences.  Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting from the University of Richmond.
