Cleber Roberto dos Santos joined Genesis in early 2019 as the Head of IT Delivery and Digital Transformation for Latin America. Cleber is a result-oriented IT leader with extensive hands on experience leading the design and implementation of large digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives that drive innovation, process automation, cost optimization and align IT strategies with business goals.

With 15+ years of software development experience across multiples industries, Cleber is a knowledgeable change agent with a record of collaborating with executive leaders to shape IT strategies for global organization, managing both on and offshore teams to realize high-impact process improvements and cultural change for companies. With a background in both Software Development and Portfolio Management, he has a deep understanding of the end to end process for delivering solutions that meet customer expectations and corporate strategy.

Cleber is an expert in traditional, agile and hybrid IT management approaches with extensive experience training, coaching and implementing Lean-Agile techniques for rapid innovation and solution delivery using SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban, DAD, DevOps with startup mentality on established IT organizations fostering Business Agility.

Cleber has a passion for learning and implementing the best administration techniques for helping professionals and organizations thrive on their initiatives, fostering an enjoyable environment for experiencing a profitable and pleasant journey for all.

 

Cleber holds a Master of Science in Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, and an MBA in Project Management. He is certified as SAFe SPC, SAFe SA, PSM I, SFC, ASF and PMP.

 

Outside of Genesis, Cleber enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, as well as traveling, playing acoustic guitar, playing soccer and photography.
