Beth Hatter is an expert trainer, coach, and driven community leader who at the heart of it all loves to help people.

 

Beth is a strong proponent of Lean and Agile principles, Beth has extensive experience in providing enterprise support, training, and guidance to large organizations at all stages of their agile journey.  Beth regularly conducts Agile Transformation workshops and SAFe Training classes and successfully worked with the Scaled Agile Institute to build, test and launch new SAFe courses including SAFe for Government, an offering that introduces industry-best agile practices to government customers.

 

Beth has over 13+ years of IT experience in lead/management roles and 8+ years of Agile coaching/mentoring experience.  Beth is certified as a PMI-ACP, SAFe SPC, SAFe SA, SAFe RTE, Agility Health Certified Agile Coach (AHC), PMP, CSPO.  She is also a SAFe SPCT Candidate.

 

Beth has a deep drive for learning and enjoys reading, traveling, working with local university students, and collaborating on new ideas.  By joining Genesis, she brings her passion for helping people and organizations grow and improve to customers across the globe.
