Nancy Jaykowski is Concur Lead Solution Architect of Genesis Consulting.  Nancy has over 20 years of SAP Concur experience. She started out as a customer - deploying & administering Concur at several different companies. Then she joined Concur to solve a broader range of challenges across a wider array of industries. Nancy configured and deployed Concur Platforms (Invoice and Expense) for two years as an Activation Coach and Project Manager.  She was then tapped to serve larger clients as a Senior Functional Consultant.

Her experience and natural curiosity led to her nickname at SAP Concur: “Guru.” People across the company contacted her for advice and ideas because Nancy is humble and always wants to help. Combined with her experience and deep knowledge of the Concur Platform itself, she is often able to identify a solution that no one else thought of. 

Nancy first seeks to understand her customers’ businesses (and their challenges) before suggesting solution(s). Only then does she present all recommended options. This humble curiosity and transparent manner that allows you, the customer, to decide for themselves what option works best. Her customer first attitude made her a valued resource for anything invoice related.  

Nancy has a P2P Solution Consultant certification from IOFM as well as a Bachelors of Business Administration with an emphasis in Operations Management from American Intercontinental University. 

Nancy lives in a western suburb of Chicago and enjoys spending time with her family (husband Bill, daughter Megan and their four dogs Piper, Travis, Bella and Dusty).  She also loves crafting (creating custom wreaths and quilts) and listening to audio books to relax.
