Lawson Stover
Manager of Business Operations
Lawson Stover joined Genesis in early 2019. As Manager of Business Operations, Lawson helps oversee the day to day back office functions and to support the alignment of business resources to ensure key performance standards while ensuring the highest level of service to our customers. Lawson is also responsible for all social media content, including blogs, insights, website development and e-mail marketing. Lawson also helps manage the promotion, scheduling and class materials for Genesis’ multiple training programs around Lean, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps. Lawson brings a strong sense of urgency and organization to his role, having previously managed numerous large-scale business and food service operations.
Before joining the Genesis team, Lawson enjoyed over 15 years of success in the food service industry working at some of Richmond’s finest and most recognized restaurants in addition to managing corporate dining and catering at a Fortune 200 company.
Lawson lives in Richmond, Virginia and enjoys visiting great restaurants and breweries in addition to experiencing new cultures and cuisine through travel, and spending time with his wife Kristen and their three rescue dogs Kona, Maisy and Aurora.
