Adam Butt is an expert technical coach and trainer at Genesis Consulting. He has extensive experience in leading large-scale transformations in the Private and Public sector. His goal is to increase overall efficiency by streamlining processes for his clients using various coaching techniques. He applies his lean-agile mindset to increase business agility for his clients.

 

Adam has experience in software delivery, delivering large scale applications for clients such as UPS and SSA. He also has experience working with small private firms in building up agile teams and programs for state agencies. He has over 10 years of experience working with software development programs developing innovative solutions to accelerate value delivery to the customer.

 

Adam has vast knowledge and experience in coaching software development teams, optimizing large programs, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), establishing and running Lean Agile Centers of Excellence (LACE) and leading Agile Transformations. He has served as a SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), Release Train Engineer (RTE), Solution Train Engineer (STE) and a Portfolio coach within his Agile Transformations. Adam is a certified SAFe SPC, SAFe SA, SAFe RTE, SAFe SSM, SAFe SP, Atlassian Certified Professional JIRA Administrator (ACP-JA) and a Certified Agility Health Facilitator (AHF).
