As Senior Manager, Resource Development with Genesis Consulting, Travis is responsible for identifying, interviewing, and managing some of the most talented consultants in the country. Travis also works directly with the executive team on business development and account management related duties. Travis brings to the table a proven track record of success in the recruiting field. Most recently, Travis was a Technical Recruiter with one of the largest IT staffing companies in the US. During his tenure, Travis maintained the elite status of a “Top Ten Recruiter” and in 2009, led the company in placements. Having been ranked as high as the number two producing recruiter with his previous company, Travis is accustomed to being held to the highest of professional standards. At the age of 4, Travis joined the Boy Scouts of America and in 2003 he was awarded with the pinnacle achievement of Eagle Scout. In 2007, Travis graduated with a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from The College of Business and Economics at Radford University. During and immediately following his college career, Travis helped grow a family owned start-up business by performing in a multifaceted management role. He later joined the largest rental car company in North America, where he became a successful product of their nationally renowned management training program. Outside of work, Travis is a regular participant in charity sailing regattas and enjoys literature, music and sports.
