Jason Fair comes to Genesis Consulting from BearingPoint, where he served as a Managing Director for the Public Services SAP practice – a position that required strategic vision, commitment to quality, and dedication to client success. Most recently, Jason led BearingPoint’s SAP solutions in State and Local Government, Higher Education, Federal Civilian agencies, Intelligence Community, and Healthcare markets. To achieve his objectives, Jason led business development, client engagement delivery, practice management, resource management, SAP alliance relationships, and strategic partnering programs.
Jason has been constantly challenged throughout his career to provide innovative solutions to strategic and operational initiatives for business re-engineering and organizational restructuring projects. He has more than 18 years of industry experience, 15 of which he has specialized in implementing SAP technologies and is experienced at effective program management for large-scale SAP implementations, quality assurance and control reviews, business process design, functional configuration, and integration management.
In addition to his work with SAP technologies, Jason has led initiatives in strategic planning, package selection, quality assurance, business process re-engineering, system upgrades, and operations and sustainment engagements. He has worked with the Federal Government, Department of Defense, Aerospace and Defense, Intelligence, and State and Local government organizations, as well as Consumer Products, Manufacturing, and Mill Products companies.
Jason is a certified SAP Consultant, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has U.S. Government Top-Secret Clearance.
